My\u00f6s esim. fascia-methodissa k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4sm\u00e4venyttely\u00e4 kireille lihaksille. Muita kehonhuoltomenetelmi\u00e4 ovat esim. pilates ja jooga. Pilateksen ja fascia-methodin avulla parannat kehon liikkuvuutta eli venyvyyden ja voiman yhdistelm\u00e4\u00e4. Liikkuvuuden kautta saadaan kehonliikehallintaa paremmaksi. My\u00f6s kehon aineenvaihdunta l\u00e4htee k\u00e4yntiin. Lihakset rentoutuakseen saavat p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4 eroon kuona-aineista ja saavat hapekasta verta. Esimerkiksi pilates k\u00e4y oikein hyvin my\u00f6s palauttavana treenin\u00e4. Kehonhuoltomenetelm\u00e4t ovat t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4 paljon liikkuville ja se voi saada sinut huolehtimaan kehostasi kokonaisvaltaisesti paremmin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pilates vahvistaa corea eli selk\u00e4\u00e4, vatsaa ja lantiota.
